      • My experience with the lawyer is that she is costly and charges a lot for the process of house registration. Also, I do not see any effort from her side to ensure that documents provided by owner are original although that is the purpose of hiring the lawyer. She does not bother to get latest EC to verify the title, when asked to get it she charges a separate fee for that - almost five time the regular fee of BBMP. She copy paste the sale agreement and deed from previous deal that are prone to typos which becomes the responsibility of buyer - is that the way lawyer works?. So from her side the efforts are minimal. She can also come up with last minute extra charges for BBMP which are expected to be part of her fee. So, the overall experience of working with her was bad.
